According to Uzbek news networks, meetings were held between officials of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan and Iranian entrepreneurs. These meetings were attended by Sanjesh Afzar Asia Company, Afzar Azma Electronics Company,  ESFA Group and Atlas Turbine Pars Company from Iran. During these meetings, they discussed the joint production of power grid equipment in Uzbekistan. Also, the possibility of joint production of smart electricity meters in Uzbekistan and the possibility of modernizing the monitoring system of Uzbekistan's electricity networks were investigated.

The 12th international INOTEX exhibition was held from May 9 to 12, 2023 with the presence of more than 400 innovative and technological companies, 70 thousand active business contacts, 150 investors and more than 20 events and side sections.
